The Alumni Association briefly

Armenian Evangelical Central High School Alumni Association, Inc. was founded in September 1991 as a nonprofit organization having as its main purpose the raising of funds for the service and maintenance of the school in Beirut, Lebanon, and to help its needy students with their tuitions.

The association was established in Southern California by a group of concerned alumni who saw the need to support the general interests of their alma mater, to promote fellowship among its alumni across the United States and to carry on religious, social, educational and philanthropic undertakings to benefit the school community.

According to its bylaws, all students and graduates of Central High School are eligible to be members of the Association. Every two years, they elect the administrative officers:

Since its founding, the association has organized banquets, dinner parties and other social activities across California that have brought CHS alumni together and raised thousands of dollars that have been sent to the school.
